Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Greens Home Repair Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Greens Home Repair Services LLC provides home repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Drywall repair and installation
• Interior painting
• Trim and baseboard installation
• Door repair and installation
• Caulking and sealing
• General home repairs

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided and visual inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or requested. We will communicate any changes to the scope of work and pricing before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Details of any warranty or guarantee will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

Greens Home Repair Services LLC is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not directly related to our work.
